Terms & Conditions

By completing the registration process and paying the entry fee, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree to these terms, you must not register for or participate in the Challenge.

To participate in the Challenge, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be a resident of Ghana
• Have a minimum of 1,000 followers on at least one social media platform (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Twitter, Facebook, or WhatsApp)
• Have a valid email address and phone number
• Be able to create and share content in English or local Ghanaian languages

Participants who do not meet these requirements may be disqualified without refund.

Entry Fee:

• Early Bird: GH₵ 35 (first 20 registrations)
• Regular: GH₵ 50 (after first 20 registrations)

Payment Terms:

• All payments are processed securely through Paystack
• Payment must be completed to confirm registration
• Entry fees are non-refundable once the Challenge has started
• Refunds may be issued within 24 hours of registration if no content or materials have been accessed

Duration: The Challenge runs for 14 consecutive days from the official start date.

Participation Requirements:

• Create and share content promoting the assigned product daily
• Use your unique affiliate link in all promotional content
• Follow daily instructions posted in the WhatsApp group
• Comply with all platform-specific content guidelines
• Maintain professional and ethical conduct

Prize Pool:

• 1st Place: GH₵ 1,500 + Affiliate Commissions
• 2nd Place: GH₵ 700 + Affiliate Commissions
• 3rd Place: GH₵ 400 + Affiliate Commissions
• All Participants: 100% of Affiliate Commissions earned

Winner Selection:

• Winners are determined by total sales generated via affiliate links
• Reach and engagement may be used as tiebreakers
• Winners must comply with all Challenge rules to be eligible
• Winners will be announced within 48 hours after the Challenge ends

Payout Terms:

• Prizes and commissions will be paid via Mobile Money or Bank Transfer
• Payments will be processed within 7 business days of winner announcement
• Winners must provide valid payment information
• VBC reserves the right to withhold payment if fraud is suspected

You retain ownership of all content you create during the Challenge.

By participating, you grant VBC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:

• Feature your content in promotional materials
• Share your content on VBC's social media channels
• Use your content for testimonials and case studies
• Display your content on the VBC website

This license does not transfer ownership and you may continue to use your content as you wish.

VBC is not liable for:

• Account suspensions or bans from social media platforms
• Loss of followers or engagement
• Technical issues with third-party platforms
• Internet connectivity problems
• Delays in payment processing by third-party providers
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Participants are responsible for complying with all platform terms of service.

VBC reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated via:

• Email to registered participants
• WhatsApp group announcements
• Updates on the VBC website

Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

VBC reserves the right to:

• Disqualify any participant for violating these terms
• Cancel or postpone the Challenge due to unforeseen circumstances
• Modify Challenge rules with reasonable notice

In the event of Challenge cancellation, entry fees will be refunded proportionally based on Challenge completion.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Ghana.

Any disputes arising from participation in the Challenge shall be resolved through arbitration in Accra, Ghana.
